This is about how you grow, how effective you are at identifying and using appropriate learning resources, and how far the scope of your learning extends

1 - Limited Ownership of Learning

You mostly defer to more senior teammates for learning opportunities and take a more passive role in identifying viable topics / areas for growth

2 - Contributes to Individual Learning

You take on ownership for identifying learning opportunities and provocatively look to grow your knowledge and abilities

3 - Contributes to Squad Learning

You share appropriate learnings with your immediate squad and provocatively seek to identify and address knowledge gaps

4 - Contributes to Team Learning

You share appropriate learnings with your team, participating and contributing in group learning activities

5 - Contributes to Dev Group Learning

You effectively share appropriate learnings with the wider development group

6 - Contributes to Trade Me Learning

You contribute to learning opportunities outside of the development group and are able to share development related learnings with business areas, and inversely bring business related things back into development
