Mentoring

This is where you use the experience and skills you've acquired, and use them to upskill other's competencies. We look at mentoring as a formal / structured activity - it's not simply sharing knowledge with people on an adhoc basis.

You'll start out mentoring colleagues, likely on a one-to-one basis, but as you grow in influence and responsibility you be in a position to foster changes across wider groups - from within your current discipline up to across the whole of Trade Me.
