Risk Management

Risk management is a skill expected at the higher levels of your career. At lower levels you'll deal with varying degrees of risk relating to the work you put out - such as ensuring developed features don't break production systems - this is not the same competency. Instead risk management relates to the strategic evaluation of gaps and weaknesses in systems, and requires the ability to understand current, and future, operational conditions.

You manage and mitigate risks, using your technical expertise and experience, to lessen the impacts of uncertainty

7 - Forecasts Risks

You forecast risks, using your technical expertise and knowledge of emerging practices / technologies, to ensure Trade Me is fully aware of future opportunities and threats
