Outcomes

As stated elsewhere the goal of the Develop Me model is to identify growth opportunities. By doing an honest assessment you’ll have identified areas to improve upon, and possibly new areas to expand into. From here you can work with your manager to come up with a plan to improve your skills and advance your role.

We plan to link each responsibility / level to learning and growth opportunities within Trade Me - so for example we would look to have training materials / courses / videos available that contribute to one or more responsibilities. This material would serve as a jumping off point for advancement in that area, it would not be an exhaustive checklist of necessary steps to advancement.
