This describes the complexity of the tasks that you are regularly trusted with to complete. It is a sign of advancement that as you grow you are able to carry out increasingly complex work.

When you start out you won't yet have acquired the skills and experience to carry out complex tasks on your own and will need regular assistance.

Further on in your development you'll have built up tools and techniques for overcoming obstacles which will allow you to tackle more complex pieces of work.

2 - Low Complexity

You work on low complexity tasks with some contribution to resolving issues

3 - Medium Complexity

You work on a range of complex and routine tasks applying a methodical approach to resolving issues

4 - Varied Complexity

You work on a broad range of complex tasks investigating and resolving complex issues

5 - High Complexity

You work on an extensive range of complex tasks, applying and advising on the available standards, methods, and tools for resolving issues

6 - Highest Complexity

You work on highly complex tasks covering all technical, quality, and personnel related aspects
