Delivery

Delivery is not about line management, or even project management, it is about your ability to work with your teammates to ensure work assigned to you is carried out within appropriate measures.

Delivery of work involves making sure it is done to the quality expected by Trade Me, and you will be required to review the work of others.

This is also a measure of how trusted you are to fulfil tasks and ensure the successful delivery of work. As you grow you will become demonstrably more competent and able to carry out tasks in an expanded scope.

You look after the delivery of your own assigned work

3 - Delivery of Other's Work

You have some responsibility for the delivery of the work of individuals, such as your immediate teammates - making decisions which impact the nature of the work assigned to them

4 - Delivery of Team's Work

You supervise the work of others or projects - making decisions and allocating resources to ensure success

5 - Delivery of Project Work

You work with others to ensure the delivery of wider projects

6 - Delivery of Initiatives

You work with others to ensure the delivery of specific initiatives

7 - Delivery of Strategic Outcomes

You work across Trade Me to ensure the delivery of strategic goals and outcomes
